Good hotel with excellent amenities like wi-fi, indoor swimming pool, spa & wellness centre, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff helped me with a bottle of water at night. I highly recommend this stay, especially around Christmas!

The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of delicious options, and the views of the lake were stunning. the service in the restaurant was often slow, and the pool area could become crowded during peak hours, which detracted from the relaxation experience.

my stay was delightful, thanks to easy access to the Central Park just over 2 km away and a stroll towards the Old Town which was only a little over 2 km away, making city exploration effortless.

I loved relaxing by the infinity pool, which offered stunning views of the lake and was impeccably maintained. The spacious room allowed for a comfortable stay, and the cleanliness standards were remarkable.

Yo, the breakfast was a proper feast, and far too lekker to miss! The pool area had the kids buzzing with excitement, especially with the floaty toys—they loved it! The staff were absolute legends, sorting us out with anything we needed for our newborn, like absolute champs.

The deck outside could’ve used a bit of a clean-up, though—it was a tad neglected.

We loved the beautiful location right by the lake, where our kids enjoyed the outdoor activities. The hotel is in a fun area with lots of things to do and the kids club was a hit, giving us some relaxing time by the pool.

The staff were super helpful, especially one of the waiters—had this solid connection, they really knew what they were doing and how to make guests feel comfortable. the breakfast was incredible! ! So many choices, you wouldn’t believe it.

This was just an excellent fit for a whistle-stop in Olsztyn with outstanding value for money. The pool is small but really nice, giving a refreshing escape after a long day. Consider avoiding peak hours if you want a quieter swim.
